This tutorial is designed to give your photo's a vectorized look, similar to what most illustrator images look like, it will work with just about any image, you may want to tweak the settings if the image is large or a high dpi
	Apply filter/noise/median at around 3
	Now apply the filter/artistic/cutout with 7 levels, simplicity - 3 and fidelity - 3
	Apply your median again with the same settings and you're done

You will get differing results, depending on the picture but it looks pretty cool.
